Bloomington Residents….this post is directed at you.
All along the Mayor of Bloomington and the City Council have stated over and over and over again that the proposed plan to pave the River Bottoms was “a state issue” and essentially attempted to pass the buck to the state. Like the “fully funded” line of nonsense perpetuated by the former Bloomington State Representative….just more falsehoods and misdirection.
